Services. Floyd & Sons Landscaping provides Landscaping, Lawn Care, Lawn Maintenance, Tree Trimming, Garden Design, Hedge Trimming, Paver Installation, Yard Cleanup and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Ownership. Floyd & Sons Landscaping (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

As-Is Basis. https://floydandsonslandscaping.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Floyd & Sons Landscaping makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Floyd & Sons Landscaping's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Floyd & Sons Landscaping from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Law and Venue. AZ law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in AZ.

Term Changes. Floyd & Sons Landscaping may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
